Well I can assure you that it is not a magic potion.  Rather the old adage, “you are what you eat”, rings true if you want to know the secrets for health, longevity, looking good and feeling good.  Live Superfoods are not only responsible for taking the years off, but can also help in weight loss and help to prevent illness.

David Wolfe, a raw food and super food guru, suggests slowly incorporating raw foods into your diet, especially if you are seeking to make a big lifestyle change.  By slowly adding superfoods to your diet, you will eventually omit the bad foods as your body will be able to detect the difference. You simply won t want to eat “bad food” anymore because your body will begin to feel better then it has ever felt before.

They are very filling, high in fiber and low in calories. They are also alkalizing, and create strong blood and the chlorophyll in them helps the body purify itself.

olive_oilCOLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Cold pressed or Cold extraction means "that the oil was not heated over a certain temperature ) during processing, thus retaining more nutrients and undergoing less degradation." Olive oil, contains anti-inflammatory benefits, reduces the risk of developing heart disease and cancer and possibly allows for a longer life.

chilisCHILE PEPPERS In addition to their high capsaicin content, cayenne peppers are also an excellent source of vitamin A, including beta-carotene. Beta-carotene may therefore be helpful in reducing the symptoms of asthma, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.Additionally, its antioxidant activity make it useful in preventing the free radical damage that can lead to arteriosclerosis, colon cancer, and diabetic complications, like nerve damage and heart disease.  Chile peppers can help one lose weight due to the fact that they temporarily evaluate the metabolism.
