On my Account Page, what is the difference between "Pending Balance," "Confirmed Balance," and "Total Account Balance?"
Pending Balance: When you complete an online activity through Beruby (such as buying online or registering on a site), the company will first need to tell BeRuby.com that this activity actually took place. When this happens, your pending balance is calculated.
Confirmed Balance: When a company which you have made a transaction with pays BeRuby.com, the amount is "confirmed", and your confirmed balance goes up. At the same time, your pending balance will decrease by the same amount.
Please note that your "Confirmed Balance" will show a zero balance until such time as the minimum threshold of $10.00 is met.
Total Account Balance: This is the total amount of money (Pending plus Confirmed) that you can expect from BeRuby.
