Claims
If you are missing a commission for visit, registration or purchase, you can make a claim, so that we can find out what happened to your money. However, before making a claim please keep the following in mind:
• Commissions for registrations and purchases take 2-3 days to appear in your pending balance and 1-3 months to appear in you confirmed balance.
• Commissions for clicks – some appear automatically in your confirmed balance, while others will appear in your pending balance; these commissions are either paid on a weekly or monthly basis.
• It is important that you have read the terms and conditions associated with the advertiser before making a claim. You may not have received a commission because you did not fulfill the advertiser’s specifications.
• Claims take up to two weeks to process. Please do not make a duplicate claim on the same item.
• The claims section is not for asking questions. Please direct all questions or concerns to uscc@beruby.com
If you still feel you need to make a claim, you can click on the “My Balance” tab in your BeRuby account. Then click on the “Claims” sub tab. Please fill in all of the requested fields with as much information as possible. The more information we have, the more clues we have to conduct our investigation.
